Thanks for shopping at The Shut-Inz Store. Due to the fact that we are a small band, we are unable to, for any reason, refund or accept returns on products ordered by mistake and or incorrect shipping information etc. as we have to pay for the merch we sell in advance to send out to customers. Since we are unable to get refunds from our suppliers we are unable to give customers refunds. Please double check your item(s) ordered and your shipping/billing details prior to submitting orders. If It is a mistake on our end we will be happy to provide a solution that best fits the customers needs. Thank you for understanding and supporting punk rock bands!
